Why Value Congruence
We live in a conflict-ridden world. Everyone knows about it, and only a handful of them have the desire to do something about it. In general, people hold to their point of view, assuming that someone else is wrong, and most never stop thinking that each person is acting in their "right way," that is, their individual values. This misapprehension in culture of the way we think, not of what we think or how we think, leads to conflict that manifests itself in personal relationships, business relationships, community struggles and even global conflicts that have the potential to lead to war. There are many ways in which we can show resilience and take steps to fix problems in the world, but we can't fix something until we understand how the world is made. There are eight different ways to relate to the universe, and these are called Values Levels. Each seems to belong to a certain stage in the evolution of society and at the same time to the evolution of our mind, our thought and thus our consciousness.

About Course
This course is for CXOs about how to make the most of the huge changes that the world is going through most specifically, how to navigate the gap between where we are and where we are going. How does one understand that people are not inherently incorrect, but just less complex in their approach to life's challenges? We seemed to be living in a world of abundance, and in a short time of ten years we have passed into a world of scarcity. We used to get along with each other, and in the twinkling of an eye, we were transformed into a society divided into several classes with divergent goals and motives. If we proceed down this road, where are we going to end? There are at least two foreseeable futures. We can kill ourselves or we can enter a new level of complexity in our culture, where we can also find a new level of consciousness. Is it our destiny to rise beyond the limits of our current situation? This course is all about this and much, much more!
